This is definitely not A5 Kobe wagyu… the marbling is way off. Compared to the other Kobe beef that I had previously, this is seriously substandard. The texture and taste are nowhere near where it is shld be. I doubt it is even A3. And I felt prejudiced being a non-Japanese. I need to ask for the condiments to be served when it was brought to the other Japanese customers automatically. The servings of our vegetables were also at most half portion of the other Japanese customers. In short, pls dun waste your money here!!!
